Here's what you'll do on a day-to-day basis:** * **Identify new business opportunities:** Research and map potential clients in sectors such as mining, construction, energy, infrastructure, and public agencies, ensuring a constant flow of prospects. * **Plan and execute field visits:** Organize weekly routes, coordinate in-person meetings with decision-makers, and build trust-based relationships with key clients. * **Prepare and present commercial proposals:** Design detailed quotations and customized “turnkey” modular solutions tailored to the technical requirements and timelines of each project. * **Negotiate and close sales:** Lead negotiations, address objections, define contract terms, and secure mutually beneficial agreements. * **Ensure high-quality post-sales follow-up:** Coordinate with the technical team to properly execute projects, keep clients informed, and resolve inquiries during implementation. * **Maintain organized sales management:** Record visits, contacts, and progress in internal platforms, preparing prospecting reports, quotations, and sales closures. * **Contribute to continuous improvement:** Provide ideas and share market and competitor information to strengthen the commercial strategy and optimize results. **What do we expect from you?** * At least 2 years of experience in field sales, active prospecting, and negotiation. * Valid class B driver's license. * In-person work mode, with high availability for 100% fieldwork and travel within the region.
