Join a dynamic, growing team that offers healthcare providers an array of medical technology solutions that make a difference in patients’ lives. **Position Summary** Responsible for the Teleflex product portfolio as well as the execution of regional sales and promotional initiatives in Chile and LATAM. Assist in implementing the development and growth of new and existing direct accounts in southern Chile, reporting directly to the Commercial Director of Chile.**Principal Responsibilities** * Execute sales and promotional activities to achieve annual sales targets. * Promote and develop engagement across all assigned accounts. * Manage hospital accounts – sales, administrative, and promotional activities across all areas: purchasing, warehouse, clinical departments. * Collaborate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to provide clinical support for priority surgery products. * Execute local and regional marketing strategies: new product launches, attendance at sales meetings, promotional campaigns, and provision of updated market information and reports as needed. * Manage leads, sales opportunities, and pricing in CRM (quotation and pricing system within CRM). * Build strong relationships with clinicians and hospital staff to understand and identify opportunities and strategies to achieve sales goals. * Understand the competitive landscape and key products competing with Teleflex products. **Education / Experience Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or other business/marketing fields with proven experience in promoting medical devices. Clinical experience is desirable. * Experience providing technical assistance in operating rooms. * 3\-5 years of sales experience in medical device companies within the healthcare sector. **Specialized Skills / Other Requirements** * Documented experience in selling medical device products. * Knowledge of surgical procedures. * Experience working with healthcare professionals. * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to execute strategic plans. * Organized with experience in sales administrative functions. * Experience in product training and standardization is desirable. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Basic knowledge of CRM/SalesForce, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). \#LI\-NR1*At Teleflex, we follow a comprehensive hiring process.
