The primary mission of the Integrated Executive is to execute commercial actions focused on selling retail banking products and services, advising customers on the use of digital and self-service channels, with the aim of contributing to a memorable service experience and enabling agile resolution of customer needs—thereby achieving both business unit and personal commercial goals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Execute commercial onboarding of customers via digital channels. - Digitally educate and train customers throughout their journey of purchasing commercial products and servicing. - Advise on available financial products according to customer needs. - Refer customers to specialized areas and defined self-service channels based on their needs (Investments, Private Site Chat, Insurance, Mortgage). - Manage assigned campaigns for the sale of various financial products (Consumer Loans, Current Account Plans, Risk & Collections, Mortgage Loans). To succeed in this position, you need: - Degree in a field related to finance. - At least one year of experience in a commercial area involving portfolio management and customer service. - Knowledge of internal policies and external regulations. - Familiarity with digital channels and digital sales advisory. - Knowledge of financial products targeted at the individual segment. - Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.-Requirements- Minimum education: High School Diploma (Humanities/Technical) years of experience Keywords: director, management, governance, stewardship, executive, managing, executive
