Requirements: * 1 year of experience as an IT recruiter. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Familiarity with current market IT profiles. * High level of proactivity. * Attention to detail. * Intermediate English; advanced English preferred. * Negotiation skills. Responsibilities: * Conduct headhunting to identify IT prospects. * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes. * Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring participation of all candidates. **Schedule: Monday from 08:45 to 18:30; Tuesday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:30; daily lunch break of 45 minutes.** Compensation: CLP 1,000,000 net per month.
