




An important Social Foundation is seeking a **Tutor** for the Specialized Intervention Program (PIE) located in the commune of **Hualpén**. **Position Objective** Provide direct support to children and adolescents in situations of rights violations, through territorial interventions and collaborative work with their families, community, and technical team, contributing to their recovery and comprehensive development. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide emotional support, guidance, and accompaniment to children and adolescents (C&A) throughout their program journey, strengthening their affective bonds, personal development, and social inclusion, as well as supporting work with their families and community environments. * Actively participate in the design, implementation, and evaluation of intervention processes for children and adolescents, effectively collaborating with the program's technical team. * Maintain updated, systematic, and secure technical and administrative records, ensuring traceability and confidentiality of interventions carried out with C&A and their families. * Act in accordance with the principles, values, legal, contractual, and institutional standards governing the program and the Foundation’s operations. **Position Requirements** * Social Work Technician, or student in psychosocial or education-related fields (e.g., teaching, among others). * 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in individual and group psychosocial interventions with children and families. * Experience working with children and rights violation issues. * Network collaboration experience; familiarity with the SIS platform of the National Service for Specialized Child and Adolescent Protection is desirable. **Position Details** * Workweek of 26 hours per week. * Monthly gross salary $513.000.- **Benefits** * Affiliation with **Caja Los Andes** * **Paid time-off policies** * **Bonuses** for National Holidays and Christmas * **And much more!** We are committed to inclusion, so this opportunity falls within the framework of Labor Inclusion Law No. 21.015.
