A prominent social foundation is seeking a **Social Worker** for its PPF located in the commune of **Huechuraba**. **Position Objective** Responsible for strengthening the individual capacities of children, adolescents, and their families/primary caregivers to restore violated rights associated with medium-level complexity, thereby preventing chronicity. **Main Responsibilities** * Responsible for conducting social diagnosis, designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating intervention plans for children, adolescents, and their families. * Responsible for delivering social interventions to families and/or primary caregivers of children and adolescents enrolled in the Program. * Responsible for managing and coordinating networks that promote the well-being and development of children, adolescents, and their families. **Job Requirements** * Degree in Social Work. * One year of experience in the field applied to PPF. * Experience working with children and addressing rights violations. * Experience delivering individual and group social interventions with children and families. **Job Characteristics** * 40-hour weekly work schedule, Monday through Friday. * Gross monthly salary: $900,477. **Benefits** * Affiliation with **Caja Los Andes**. * **Flexible time-off policies**. * **Year-end bonuses** for National Holidays and Christmas.
