Hello, I am currently looking for a Shift Supervisor to perform duties at a site located in the Tarapacá region. **Main functions:** Supervise operational activities in the field. Ensure compliance with production plans and safety standards. Manage and lead shift personnel. Coordinate with maintenance and other support areas. Prepare shift performance reports. Act as responsible person during emergencies. **Requirements:** Civil Mining Engineer or Metallurgical Engineer. At least 3 years of mining experience in the mentioned or similar roles. Knowledge of mining processes, safety regulations, and standards. Proficiency in management tools (Excel, SAP, or others). Availability to work in the Tarapacá region. **Conditions:** 7x7 shift schedule. Work at high geographical altitude. Travel tickets and accommodation at camp provided. Monthly net salary of 3.0$\+Quarterly bonuses.
