Davita Chile, a multinational company dedicated to the care of patients with chronic kidney disease, requires physicians to work full\-time at our dialysis center located in the Biobío Region. Job Objective: Ensure medical care for patients throughout their stay at the dialysis clinic, guaranteeing excellent dialysis treatment and providing timely management of any complications or concurrent medical conditions, in accordance with quality policies, corporate objectives, and guidelines. Main Responsibilities: 1\. Provide direct patient care during dialysis sessions, evaluating patients' clinical conditions at the beginning, during, and after the therapeutic procedure. 2\. Manage medical emergencies occurring during dialysis sessions or while the patient is in the unit. 3\. Ensure compliance with dialysis prescriptions issued by treating nephrologists and/or the technical director. 4\. Coordinate nephrological evaluations of patients when clinically indicated. 5\. Prepare medical reports, prescriptions, test requests, interconsultations, and certificates for patients under their shift and/or responsibility. 6\. Inform the Technical Director of any adverse events during their shift and any need for patient hospitalization. 7\. Coordinate patient hospitalization with the respective emergency service. Requirements: * Medical Doctor degree with registration at the Superintendence of Health. * Certified specialization in nephrology or dialysis (not mandatory). * Hepatitis B vaccination certificate. * IAAS and CPR course completion.
