In this way, it contributes to the country's systematic education system, adhering to official curricula mandated by the Ministry of Education. ### **DESCRIPTION** Requirements: \- Technical training in Information Technology, Computer Science, IT Support, or a related technical field. \- Prior experience in similar roles, preferably within educational institutions or organizations with a large number of users. Main Responsibilities: \- Provide technical support to teachers, educational assistants, and school leadership teams. \- Maintain operational IT infrastructure at the institution (hardware, software, and connectivity). \- Install, configure, and update computer equipment, printers, and other technological devices. \- Supervise and support the use of computer labs and educational technology resources. \- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with external suppliers, as required. \- Maintain an updated inventory of equipment and report needs for replacement or upgrades. \- Support the implementation and use of educational and administrative platforms. \- Safeguard institutional information by applying basic cybersecurity measures. \- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and current regulations regarding the use of technological resources.
