




**Job Objective** Plan, coordinate, and supervise mining operations at the site, ensuring compliance with production plans, safety, quality, cost, and environmental standards, guaranteeing operational continuity and leadership of work teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise field operational activities (extraction, loading, transportation, processes). * Monitor compliance with production schedules, costs, and efficient use of resources. * Ensure adherence to safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Lead, coordinate, and evaluate personnel under supervision, promoting a positive work environment. * Implement improvements in production and operational processes. * Prepare management reports and propose corrective actions. * Coordinate with maintenance, geology, and processing plant departments to ensure operational continuity. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Execution Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 2 years in supervisory or managerial roles. * Class B driver's license with at least 4 years of validity. * Knowledge of mine planning and extraction processes. * Experience managing operational performance indicators and control systems. * In-depth understanding of mining safety and environmental regulations. * Leadership and team management skills. * Effective communication and collaborative work abilities.
