Job Description We are seeking an **IT Project Manager** to lead the planning, execution, and control of technology projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and guaranteeing the quality of delivered solutions. Key Responsibilities * **Project Planning**: Define project schedules, resources, and objectives for technology projects. * **Team Management**: Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary work teams. * **Progress Monitoring**: Supervise milestone and deliverable completion. * **Risk Management**: Identify risks and propose mitigation plans. * **Client Relations**: Maintain clear communication and ensure client satisfaction. * **Process Optimization**: Implement agile methodologies and best practices in project management. * **Executive Reporting**: Present progress and results to senior management. Requirements * Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in IT project management. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and PMI standards. * Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar. * Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. * Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master) are highly valued.
