Main responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain the quality plan. Lead, motivate, and evaluate the team by providing feedback and improvement plans. Train staff on standards, procedures, and good practices. Promote a quality culture throughout the organization. Review and update technical procedures and instructions. Prepare the plant for external audits. Manage non-conformities and implement corrective/preventive actions. Supervise quality controls in production and raw materials. Establish technical specifications and acceptance/rejection criteria. Coordinate with production and maintenance to prevent deviations. Ensure product traceability.
