If you are passionate about process improvement through digital tools, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities:** Implement and configure Aconex (workflows, metadata, roles, permissions). Manage the document lifecycle (issuance, review, approval, and versioning). Train users and provide ongoing support. Generate reports and indicators (performance, traceability, and adoption). Integrate Aconex with methodologies such as AWP. Ensure compliance with internal coding and document control standards. Monitor implementation at headquarters and project sites, identifying improvement opportunities. **Requirements:** Degree in Engineering, Administration, Systems, or related field. 8 years of work experience, with 5 years in document management (ideally in mining or industry). Advanced Excel skills (mandatory). Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and indicators. **Desirable:** Experience in advanced Aconex implementation. Knowledge of planning (Trisemana, AWP).
