Leaders in the sanitation sector, both in Chile and Latin America, we have advanced technology and integrated management. **Job Mission:** Responsible for leading the procurement strategy for the Works and Construction category **Job Responsibilities:** 1. Design and implement the procurement strategy for the construction and civil works category, considering timelines, criticality, business impact, and associated risks. 2. Lead the development of the works roadmap in coordination with Engineering and Planning, anticipating needs and ensuring timely preparation of procurement processes. 3. Actively participate in designing efficient bidding documents, proposing technical and commercial improvements that prevent over-specifications or requirements that unnecessarily increase award costs. 4. Promote standardization of contracts and commercial terms, ensuring a clear, balanced contractual structure aligned with company objectives. 5. Develop, evaluate, and manage the contractor registry, fostering long-term relationships, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement mechanisms. 6. Analyze the supplier market, technical capabilities, reference costs, and risks to generate category intelligence supporting strategic decisions. 7. Monitor and report category KPIs such as savings, schedule compliance, contractor performance, level of competition in bids, etc. 8. Collect, validate, and maintain databases related to CAPEX, suppliers, contracts, and other relevant metrics for Procurement operations. 9. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through periodic controls and reconciliation processes. 10. Conduct regular advanced analyses on CAPEX trends, supplier performance, and efficiencies captured by Procurement teams. 11. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the Procurement Manager and Financial Management, focusing on facilitating data-driven decision-making. 12. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor within the scope of the position. **Requirements:** Civil Engineering (Civil Works, Construction, Mechanical, Hydraulic) or related fields Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical office preparing bidding proposals Advanced English Knowledge in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical specifications, and construction standards General knowledge of public tenders Knowledge of reference costs, basic quantity takeoffs, and unit prices for construction projects Familiarity with planning tools such as MS Project, Clarity, or other software Proficiency in SAP and management tools **Offer Conditions:**
