**Position Purpose** Lead and ensure the proper accounting and financial management of the company, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, timely preparation of financial statements, and analytical support for decision-making in a company with more than **50 employees**. **Responsibilities** * Lead the complete accounting cycle: **transaction recording**, reconciliations, monthly and annual closings. * **Prepare financial statements** (FS) and management reports for Management and Board of Directors. * Design, execute, and monitor **budgets** and **forecast**. * Implement and maintain **cost models**, **profitability analysis** by business line/customer/project. * Prepare **cash flow reports**, financial KPIs, and variance analysis. * Ensure tax and labor compliance in coordination with external advisors (filings, F29/F22, audits). * **Manage and supervise area teams** (accounting, payroll, treasury), promoting good practices and internal controls. * Administer and optimize processes in **Softland** (accounting, finance, inventory, HR modules, as applicable). * Propose process improvements, automations, and controls. **Requirements** * **Degree in Accounting/Auditing or Public Accountant** (or related field). * **5+ years of experience** in general accounting and managerial reporting. * Experience **leading teams** and **managing personnel** in companies with **50+ employees**. * Proven **proficiency in Softland** (advanced level). * Solid knowledge in **accounting records**, **FS**, **budgets**, **cost management**, and **profitability analysis**. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial functions). * Up-to-date knowledge of **tax regulations and NIIF/IFRS** (desirable). * Communication skills, organization, analytical judgment, and results orientation. **Desirables** * Experience in ERP implementation/process improvement or report automation. * Experience in management control/BI (Power BI, Data Studio, or others).
