**Job Profile – Valuation Manager** Within Valtin Consulting’s Valuation Department, we are seeking a Valuation Manager. **Job Objective:** We seek a senior valuation professional capable of integrating into a dynamic, highly technical team. This individual will play a key role in the technical review of financial models and reports, client interactions, and supporting both team growth and expansion of the client portfolio. Lead and manage valuation projects for regulatory, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and accounting purposes. **Profile Requirements:** * Professional degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or a related field, with specialization in finance. * Master’s in Finance or CFA certification. * Minimum 5 years of specific experience in enterprise and asset valuations, ideally within financial consulting firms, investment banks, or Big4 firms. Technical expertise in: * Complex financial modeling (DCF, multiples, real options, among others) * Valuation of private companies and intangible assets * Sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis, and identification of key assumptions * Regulatory knowledge: * IFRS: business combinations, impairment, and investment assets * Chilean Corporations Act: related-party transactions * Chilean Internal Revenue Service (SII): inheritance tax and corporate reorganizations * Advanced English, both oral and written. * Demonstrated ability to review and lead technical deliverables (models, reports, presentations). * Strong communication skills with clients and commercial acumen. * Experience leading teams or mentoring junior analysts. **Key Competencies:** * Technical rigor and analytical mindset * Collaborative leadership * Organization and autonomy * Sound judgment in decision-making * Ability to transfer knowledge and train teams * Ability to identify commercial opportunities and strengthen relationships with Valtin Consulting’s existing clients. * Commercial proactivity (identifying opportunities, developing client relationships) **We Offer:** * Challenging projects with local and international clients * A highly skilled professional team * Growth opportunities within an expanding consultancy Employment Type: Full-time
