Currently, we are seeking in Chile our new **Zonal Security Manager**, who will be responsible for properly managing sales and operations within a defined geographic area, maintaining direct relationships with clients. Commercially and operationally managing the region to ensure achievement of objectives and business margins. **Responsibilities:** * Assign human and material resources to ensure proper work performance. * Implement training and talent retention plans within your team. * Monitor service planning, shift schedules, and unproductive time at assigned work sites. * Manage material resources assigned for each task. * Administer vehicle and fuel allocation within your region. * Supervise administrative staff performance in the region. * Identify risks and incidents within operations. * Coordinate, modify, control, and monitor supervision plans for each client, focusing on information management. * Generate and maintain reporting on supervision programs conducted per client and facility. * Lead prospecting efforts for new clients. * Ensure achievement of commercial production targets and margin quality for new clients. * Be responsible for preparing and generating technical reports for client tenders and proposals. **What do we expect from you?** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; Industrial or Commercial Engineering, or related field. * At least five years of experience in leadership or coordination roles within operational, commercial, and/or logistics teams. * Advanced Office skills (required). * Operational management systems. * CRM (Dynamics, Salesforce). * ERP (Oracle, SAP). **What will you find in this opportunity?** * A collaborative and enriching work environment that promotes core values such as: think positive, we are unstoppable, and people matter. * A challenging role where you will participate in strategic discussions while also staying connected to the organization’s day-to-day operations. * Work located at the Security business facilities in the city of Concepción. * A range of corporate benefits including: medical coverage, training, scholarships, among others. **Does this challenge resonate with you?
