For this challenge, we are looking for people who: * Spread positive energy and reach the hearts of those who choose us. * Enjoy working as a team and giving their best. * Seek self-development and growth. * Promote clear, close communication that respects different perspectives. ✅ In the team you will: * Basic Operational Processes: Ensure the proper opening and closing of the store, identifying adjustment needs and reporting them to your supervisor. Plan team schedules (ROTA) and store activities. Monitor and communicate daily the sales target of your store, engaging the entire team to exceed results. Ensure stock/functioning of supplies/resources necessary for operations. * Safeguard brand image by controlling store maintenance, staff appearance, atmosphere, music, scent, lighting, order and cleanliness. * Basic Administrative Processes: Ensure proper compliance with administrative procedures related to the work team based on company policies and procedures (payroll updates, timekeeping, etc.). Comply with defined monetary flows to guarantee asset security standards. Receive store inspections and ensure proper display of mandatory documentation to avoid fines and violations. * Lead your team to maintain high motivation and sense of belonging, contributing to an excellent work environment. * Select, train and evaluate your team according to current policies, procedures and values, enabling them to perform store functions and develop professionally. * Comply with and enforce customer service standards according to the defined shopping experience. * Ensure visual standards, backstore standards, and provide support to Instore Visual Merchandising so they can perform their duties. * Shrinkage: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with cash handling operational procedures. Participate in inventories and interpret related information. Use all available security tools (cameras, store alarms, product alarms, etc.) to facilitate immediate detection of theft/fraud. Carry out corrective actions requested by the District Manager regarding shrinkage reduction. Foster a culture within the team around visual control of the store and everything happening within it. Track all stock movements (receiving, returns, damaged goods, transfers). We value: * Professionals or with advanced university studies. * At least 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Full-time availability, 5X2 rotating shifts – Mall hours. * Proficiency in Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). * Experience leading work teams.
