For this challenge, we are looking for people who: * Spread positive energy and connect with those who choose us. * Enjoy working as a team and giving their best. * Seek personal development and growth. * Promote clear, close communication that respects different perspectives. ✅ In the team you will: * Ensure proper opening and closing of the store * Plan team schedules (ROTA) and store activities. * Monitor and communicate daily the sales target of your store, engaging the entire team to exceed results. * Ensure stock/availability of supplies/resources necessary for operations. * Safeguard brand image by overseeing store maintenance. * Ensure proper compliance with administrative procedures related to the work team (payroll updates, time tracking, etc.). * Follow defined cash flow procedures to ensure asset security standards. * Receive store inspections and ensure appropriate display of mandatory documentation to avoid fines and violations. * Participate in selection, training, and evaluation of your team based on current policies, procedures, and values, to perform store functions and develop talent. * Comply with and enforce customer service standards. * Ensure visual standards, back-of-store standards, and provide support to IVM so they can perform their duties. * Oversee timely execution of cash handling operational procedures. * Participate in inventories by interpreting inventory data. * Track all stock movements (receiving, returns, damaged goods, transfers). We value: * Professionals or advanced university studies. + At least 2 years of experience in similar roles. + Full-time availability, 5X2 rotating shifts – Mall schedule. + Proficiency in Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) + Experience leading work teams.
