Join our team as Store Experience Manager \- Todomoda Concepción Barros For this challenge, we are looking for people who: * Spread positive energy and connect with those who choose us. * Enjoy working as a team and giving their best. * Seek personal growth and development. * Promote clear, close communication that respects different perspectives. ✅ In this role, you will: * Basic Operational Processes: Ensure proper opening and closing of the store, identifying adjustment needs and reporting them to your supervisor. Plan team schedules (ROTA) and store activities. Monitor and communicate daily sales targets to your team, motivating everyone to exceed goals. Ensure stock/availability of necessary supplies and resources for operations. * Safeguard brand image by controlling store maintenance, staff appearance, atmosphere, music, scent, lighting, organization, and cleanliness. * Basic Administrative Processes: Ensure proper execution of administrative procedures related to the team according to company policies and procedures (payroll updates, time tracking, etc.). Comply with established cash flow processes to ensure asset security standards. Receive store inspections and ensure proper display of mandatory documentation to avoid fines or violations. * Lead your team to maintain high motivation and a strong sense of belonging, contributing to an excellent work environment. * Select, train, and evaluate your team according to current policies, procedures, and values, enabling effective store operations and professional development. * Comply with and enforce customer service standards according to the defined shopping experience. * Ensure visual standards, back-of-store standards, and provide support to Instore Visual Merchandising so they can perform their duties. * Shrinkage: Oversee timely and accurate execution of cash handling procedures. Participate in inventories and interpret results. Use all available security tools (cameras, store alarms, product alarms, etc.) to enable immediate detection of theft/fraud. Implement corrective actions requested by the District Manager to reduce shrinkage. Foster a culture within the team around visual control of the store and everything happening within it. Track all stock movements (receiving, returns, damaged goods, transfers). We value: * Professionals or candidates with advanced university studies. * At least 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Full-time availability, 5X2 rotating shifts – Mall hours. * Proficiency in Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). * Experience leading work teams.
