Your main objective will be to develop and manage human resources strategies aligned with the company's vision and mission, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations and strengthening the organization's human talent. Your key responsibilities will include: * Monitor attendance, manage employment contracts, salary payments, benefits, and labor procedures, ensuring compliance with current regulations. * Design and implement recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention strategies to efficiently fill job positions. * Plan and execute training programs, performance evaluations, and career development plans to enhance employee growth and productivity. * Advise management on labor-related matters, manage conflicts, implement disciplinary actions, and represent the company before the Labor Inspectorate when necessary. * Establish management indicators, evaluate results, and propose improvements in internal Human Resources procedures to ensure efficiency and alignment with corporate strategies. Ideal Profile: * Degree in Business Administration, Audit Accounting, Technical Degree in Business Administration, or Technical Degree in Accounting/HR * 5 years of experience in similar roles * Organized and skilled in data structure management * Proficient in procedures and processes * Knowledge of payroll management * Computer literacy at user level * Knowledge of business and human resources management * Full-time availability * Residence in Greater Concepción If you meet the requirements, apply now!
