An important company in the Arauco area requires a Field Operator for its cellulose line. Residence in the following locations: Arauco, Curanilahue, Lota, Concepción, Coronel **Requirements:** \- Higher technical degree in mechanics, electricity or similar. \- 1 year of experience in industrial area - not mandatory. **Objective:** Carry out established analysis routines and verify equipment condition through inspections, sampling, and cleaning, maintaining quality control of area processes and providing on-site support to operators, all while safeguarding the environment, safety, and occupational health. **Functions:** \- Monitor proper functioning of production processes to minimize environmental impacts through visual and on-site inspection, supporting the operator, superintendent, and shift supervisor. \- Supervise maintenance personnel work according to requirements, procedures, quality and safety standards. Participate in failure and/or problem analysis. \- Monitor functionality and operation of equipment (machinery, instruments) in their work area according to procedures, operation manuals, contingency plans, and operator requirements. \- Report unsafe conditions, operational problems, maintenance issues, and safety deficiencies occurring in the area to the shift operator.
