We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor for an important facility in the commune of Maipú. What are we looking for? * Proactivity and planning and organizational skills. * Experience coordinating and leading teams responsible for cleaning and maintenance in the healthcare sector. (Required) * Basic computer skills. Responsibilities and Functions: * Verify staff availability, uniform compliance, and attendance, implementing corrective actions when necessary. * Establish work guidelines and ensure their periodic compliance. * Monitor attendance and overtime by reviewing corresponding records. * Coordinate with the Operations Manager to manage changes and fill vacancies due to staffing changes. * Identify and manage requirements for materials, uniforms, and machinery within the facility.
