Execution of operations involving chemical and petrochemical products **EST San Cristóbal**, on behalf of its client **a maritime industry company**, is seeking a **Maritime Terminal Lead Operator** to coordinate, supervise, and execute terminal operational activities, ensuring continuity, safety, and compliance with organizational standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and schedule vessel-related operations, managing corresponding documentation. * Organize, supervise, and support work teams during terminal operations. * Supervise operational and maintenance activities during the shift, ensuring compliance with safety conditions and proper use of PPE. * Supervise work performed by external third-party inspection companies. * Supervise logistics for truck receipt and dispatch. * Execute operations for receipt, storage, and dispatch of chemical and petrochemical products. * Participate in emergency response teams when required. * Promote and implement terminal safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education and/or completed higher-level technical studies. * Industrial field training or related degree. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in similar roles within maritime, port, or industrial operations. * Availability to work on rotating shifts. * Knowledge of maritime terminal operations (desirable). **Position Conditions** * Rotating shift system * Daily working hours: 12 hours * Rotating shifts: * Fixed-term contract
