Autonomy, responsibility, and self-management Individual Sales Executive for Concepción. PS Grupo Hunting is currently recruiting Individual Sales Executives to join a major commercial team. Main Responsibilities Promote and sell health and life insurance policies to individuals and families at physical service points. Prospect clients in the field and manage effective closures. Register client information in the CRM and generate reports. Achieve sales targets under a 100% in-person model. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience selling intangible products (e.g., insurance, credit cards, telecommunications, financial products, etc.). Recent field or point-of-sale commercial experience. Autonomy, responsibility, and strong self-management skills. Excellent personal presentation and effective communication. Work Mode and Conditions 100% in-person work at service points within the region. 40-hour weekly schedule with rotating shifts and 2 Saturdays per month. Uncapped commission system.
