Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills A leading company in industrial cleaning and hygiene services is currently seeking a Cleaning Services Supervisor for the Biobío Region. Location: CONCEPCIÓN. Work Schedule: 42 hours per week. Main Responsibilities: ✅ Supervise and coordinate field work teams. ✅ Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. ✅ Manage industrial and office cleaning tasks. ✅ Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal company procedures. (Manage and control staff documentation.) ✅ Prepare management and attendance reports. ✅ Requirements: * Professional degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience supervising cleaning service teams. * Knowledge of industrial hygiene, personnel management, and current labor regulations. * Class B driver's license (mandatory). * Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
