At LL Consulting, we are looking for an **IT Support in Quality Assurance** for our important client located in Greater Concepción. Ensure the quality of software products and services by executing manual and automated tests, ensuring they meet established technical and functional requirements, actively collaborating in the complete development cycle. Main responsibilities include: * Design, plan, and execute functional and non-functional test plans. * Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello. * Automate tests using tools like Selenium and JMeter to increase efficiency and coverage. * Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other technical teams in identifying and resolving issues. * Participate in planning and review meetings to ensure requirements are testable. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies. * Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in quality assurance. Ideal Profile: * Education: Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Execution Engineering in Computing, or related field. * Required Experience: At least 1 year of experience in similar roles is desirable. * Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies such as Selenium, JIRA, JMeter, among others. * Knowledge of programming languages. * Must reside in Greater Concepción.
