At Consorcio, we are seeking a Contact Center Executive to join the Marketing and Customer Management team. The selected individual will be responsible for providing telephone and digital customer support, managing and resolving client requests across the company's various business lines. What will be your main responsibilities? * Provide advice to customers regarding the company's products and procedures, delivering clear and timely information. * Guide customers in using the website, facilitating their familiarity with available digital tools. * Receive and manage complaints, identifying their causes and escalating them to the relevant supervisor when necessary, contributing to effective problem resolution. * Verify the authenticity of customer data through inquiries and confirmations, ensuring secure customer service. * Update contact information (phone number, email address, and physical address), keeping Consorcio's customer database current and accurate. * Respond in writing to inquiries, requests, and complaints received through www.consorcio.cl, promptly managing requirements across different business lines. What are we looking for? * Previous experience in customer service (telephone and digital), preferably in a Contact Center or service-related areas. * Experience in financial, insurance, or banking sector companies. * Basic knowledge of financial/insurance products and services. * Clear and effective oral and written communication skills, as well as complaint management capabilities.
