We are currently seeking a Control Center Operator to work on the Bosques del Itata Concession (Itata Route). MISSION OF THE POSITION: Report incidents, accidents, breakdowns, or other risks occurring within project-related road segments by monitoring cameras from the control room, thereby keeping supervisors and external stakeholders informed. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate all involved agents—both internal and external—in case of incidents or accidents, and provide all available information from the Control Center to implement the established emergency plan. Assist users via all available workplace communication channels: SOS, radio, landline and mobile phones, internet, email, and in-person assistance. Prepare a daily report documenting all incidents occurring during the operator’s shift.
