At LL Consulting, we are currently seeking a **Payroll and Contracts Analyst** for our important client located in Concepción – Lomas de San Andrés. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing and overseeing processes related to payroll, contracts, and employee terminations, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper administrative management of staff. **Main responsibilities include:** * Manage the complete payroll process on the TALANA platform. * Process payment of social security contributions through PREVIRED. * Manage payment rolls for advances, life insurance, C.C.A.F., among others. * Calculate and manage monthly employee terminations, including registration and upload to the Mi DT portal. * Generate and administer employment contracts and termination letters. * Register, monitor, and process medical leaves. * Prepare and submit legal reports to the accounting department. * Conduct internal compliance monitoring and audits. * Manage F30 and F30\-1 forms, as well as administrative penalties at IDT. **Ideal Profile:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles (mandatory). * Proven experience using the TALANA platform (mandatory). * Knowledge of contract, payroll, and PREVIRED modules. * Experience working in teams with high employee turnover. * Up-to-date knowledge of current labor legislation, contracts, and work schedules. * Familiarity with the Mi DT portal and digital signature platforms. * Technical or professional degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
