An important company in the energy sector is looking for a **Social Professional (Chile)** who must have availability to travel and move during their activities to the provinces of Antofagasta, Atacama, Metropolitan, and others as required according to project locations. **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Social Communication, Sociology, Social Work, Psychology or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in social management of linear projects/electric sector projects during the study and construction phases. * Implementation and monitoring of Project Social Management Plans. * Identification and management of project stakeholders. * Preparation of social diagnosis and territory analysis. * Community and institutional engagement. * Implementation and monitoring of Environmental Management Plans (EMP) for the social component and Community Relations Plans. * Monitoring of private social investment projects in the area of influence of the Projects. **Responsibilities:** * Implement social management strategies within the framework of projects. * Conduct social diagnostics and territory analysis to identify risks and opportunities, as well as stakeholder identification and management. * Execute community engagement plans. * Engage with communities, local authorities, and other interest groups on-site. * Implement communication and social participation plans.
