Complete Hualpén, Biobío, Chile JUNJI invites technical, auxiliary, and administrative staff from its kindergartens to apply for the position of Full-time Early Childhood Education Technician Grade 24° E.U.S., at the following kindergarten in the commune of Concepción. * **Magallanes Kindergarten in the commune of Concepción.** The mission of this position is to participate in children's learning processes, safeguarding the comprehensive well-being of young children together with their families and community, generating quality, relevant, and meaningful learning experiences. **Vacancies:** 2 **I.- Who may apply** Within the framework of the Internal Mobility Program, those who hold a qualification as an Early Childhood Education Technician and work at JUNJI kindergartens within the Biobío Regional Directorate may apply, including: * Technical or auxiliary personnel with extended-hour technical functions. * Personnel with administrative and service auxiliary roles. **II.- General / Specific Requirements** *General Requirements* Applicants must meet the following requirements stated in Article No. 12 of DFL No. 29 of Law No. 18,834 on the Administrative Statute, which indicates that to enter the Public Administration it is necessary: * To be a citizen or foreigner holding a residence permit. (Law 21,325 Art. 175 No. 5 D.O. 20.04.2021). * To have fulfilled recruitment and mobilization obligations, where applicable; * To have health compatible with job performance; * To have completed basic education and possess the educational level or professional or technical qualification required by law for the nature of the employment. For positions governed by this law requiring a secondary school diploma, individuals with disabilities over 18 years of age who certify completion of their studies through special education modalities will be considered to meet this requirement. (Law 21,643 Art. 3 No. 1 D.O. 15.01.2024). * Not to be disqualified from performing public functions or positions, nor to be convicted of a crime carrying a penalty classified as a serious crime or simple offense. Without prejudice to the above, regarding access to auxiliary and administrative positions, conviction for an offense carrying a penalty classified as a simple offense will not be an impediment for entry, provided it is not one listed in Title V, Book II, of the Penal Code.
