Quality Services logistics, a company dedicated to logistics and distribution, is looking for an intern to support CD and transportation coordination. **Assigned tasks will align with the learning program, such as:** \- Planning and control of operations: support resource planning, capacity, inventories, and material flows. \- Inventory management: analyze stock levels, turnover, product coding, and storage processes to reduce costs and obsolescence. \- Process improvement: identify bottlenecks, propose and validate improvement initiatives, and measure impacts. \- Data analysis: use tools (Excel, etc.) to generate reports. \- Supplier and service tracking: support performance, quality, and delivery evaluations. \- Support daily operations: collaborate in supply chain management, from material receipt to final product delivery. Resolve incidents, coordinate with different departments, and respond to production needs. \- Development of manuals and procedures: document standardized processes and operation guides, contributing to existing ones. \- Applied academic projects: apply concepts from your studies to solve real company problems, with deliverables and presentations. \- Metrics: contribute to and define new KPIs for evaluation, such as picking time per customer, selection accuracy per customer, error rate, etc. \- Tracking: ensure compliance with batch segregation requirements, labeling, and customer traceability.
