This position requires autonomy, quick decision-making, and the ability to respond to electrical emergencies and security systems. \*\*Main Responsibilities Direct supervision of technicians, task assignment, and support during critical jobs. Contact with administrators, committees, and residents, providing technical diagnoses and solutions. Operational decision-making on site, especially during emergencies. Daily/weekly operational planning, control of materials, tools, and work reports. Attendance of off-hours emergencies during assigned shifts. \*\*Key Technical Knowledge General electricity, blueprint reading, and SEC/NCh regulations. Automatic gates (Centurion, BFT, Nice). Dahua/Hikvision IP CCTV, networks, and PoE. Electric fences (Linseg, SafeCard). Access control, lighting, public lighting. UPS, stabilizers, ATS panels, and switching operations. \*\*Personal Competencies Technical leadership, professional communication, and stress tolerance.
