Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world. **Reimagine What’s Possible** **Description:** **Lead, organize, and control the manufacturing processes and human resources of the Air Gases Plant to contribute to meeting required production standards, resource optimization, and the established program for the area.** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * **Promote and ensure compliance with company safety standards through the Basic Safety Process (BSP).** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Coordinate and manage the different stages related to the production process of the air gases plant.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * **Lead the plant's human resources.** ---------------------------------------------- * **Coordinate and prepare monthly and annual statistical indicators related to administration and production.** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Ensure maintenance of critical equipment through timely communication with the Maintenance Supervisor.** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Support the implementation and maintenance of management systems according to ISO 14001, ISO 9001, FSSC ISO 22000, ISO 50001, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * **Control costs and expenses associated with the production process stages through continuous monitoring of these items.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Requirements:** --------------- * **Education:** **Professional degree in Engineering.** -------------------------------------------------------- * **Experience:** **Minimum of 5 years in similar roles and leading teams of people.** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Valid class B driver's license (mandatory requirement).** ----------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Intermediate level proficiency in Office software.** ---------------------------------------- * **SAP knowledge desirable.** --------------------------- * **Knowledge in Industrial Safety.** ------------------------------------------ *"At Air Products, we do not discriminate against individuals with special abilities. Manage non-conformities and coordinate reprocessing with relevant departments. Report results obtained from analysis of various chemical processes. Participate in training operators involved in chemical production processes.
