**Senior Leader of Analysis and Management Control** **Position:** Senior Leader of Analysis and Management Control **Area:** Management Control / Administration **Reports to:** Head of the Control Department **Location:** Central office of Grupo Empresas Elena - Coronel, with occasional site visits. **Workload:** 44 hours per week. **2\. General Purpose of the Position** Develop and execute advanced analyses that enable **determining actual costs per project, profit margins, operational efficiency, and business forecasting**, transforming operational data into **high-level strategic information**. This role is key to relieving the Control Manager's workload, acting as their technical counterpart in: * data analysis * financial modeling, * development of operational and strategic indicators, * forecasting and planning, * integrated cost control. **3\. Main Responsibilities** **A. Advanced Project Cost Analysis** * Analyze and monitor costs per project and machinery. * Determine and forecast actual vs. budgeted costs based on existing variances. * Generate projections and performance metrics for future bids. **B. Fuel Usage Monitoring and Optimization** * Analyze fuel efficiency by machinery, vehicle, and project. * Develop efficiency indicators and generate alerts for significant deviations. **C. Strategic Reporting** * Prepare executive and progress reports for management. * Produce weekly/monthly reports with analysis of strategic indicators. **D. Continuous Improvement of the Control System** * Propose new templates, dashboards, and KPIs. * Optimize current processes within the Control Department. * Establish standards to centralize and validate data from project sites. **5\. Job Requirements** **Education** * Industrial Civil Engineer or related field * Degree in Statistics or Data Analytics (valued) **Experience** * **Minimum 5 years** in management control, cost analysis, and data analysis * Experience in construction, roadworks, or industrial companies is desirable. **Technical Skills** * **Advanced Excel** (macros, pivot tables, dashboards). * Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling. * Experience with ERP systems focused on management (KAME or similar). **6\.
