A major banking institution is seeking a Customer Service Assistant with banking experience for its branch located in Collipulli. **Salary:** **$543,000 net.** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:30 **Responsibilities:** * Attend to customers regarding various service requests, clarifications on protested checks, notarial powers, check delivery, returned documents, and generally any other post-sale requirements presented. * Issue "on-demand vouchers", "judicial deposits", and register telegraphic transfer numbers and treasury memos from other banks. * Promote the use of automated services. * Perform blocking and unblocking of checking accounts, credit cards, savings accounts, ATM cards, and input special circumstances. * Enter and remove non-payment orders. * Handle post-sale service for all bank products and services (savings, checking accounts, loans, etc.). * Carry out modifications to customer records affecting computerized databases. * Receive and process customer requests for new services. * Send and sign notices of deferred transfers authorized previously by customers. * Support commercial activities by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all bank products and services. * Receive certificate requests from customers and forward them to the Operations Manager for preparation. * Perform any other similar activities requested by their supervisor. **Requirements** * Technical professional education in business administration, finance, marketing, human resources, or related field **(EXCLUSIVE)** * Banking experience required **(EXCLUSIVE)** * Experience as a Teller Assistant at any banking institution **(EXCLUSIVE)** * Minimum required experience: 3 months.
