Job Summary: Responsible for managing projects, coordinating resources, identifying risks, and ensuring quality, while fostering team development and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Inspires team development and ensures customer satisfaction. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage the project schedule with the team using MS Project or a similar tool; coordinate identification of resources required for project execution and act as a facilitator to ensure their availability * Identify risks and establish mitigation actions * Coordinate integration among various parties involved in the project * Work with the project execution team to ensure delivery quality * Seek technical definitions from Engineering, if necessary; coordinate communication among various parties involved * Proactively communicate and address project deviations * Provide actions to achieve the project’s planned billing and profitability * Inspire, guide, and motivate the development of involved resources to achieve high performance * Evaluate overall project performance and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded * Prepare necessary documents and reports for project management * Act to support continuous improvement and cost reduction * Coordinate lessons learned sessions * Follow company procedures and policies. **QUALIFICATIONS** * Approximately 7 to 10 years of experience in project-related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role * Ability to represent the company to customers, suppliers, and others * Verbal and written English communication skills preferred * Negotiation ability with customers and suppliers * Problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail preferred * UPTIME ATS, ATD, AOS, TIA 942, or ICREA certification—completed or in progress—is valued. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; PMO certification is a plus. #LI-TA1
