





An important Social Foundation is seeking a **Territorial Manager** for AFT located in the commune of **Puente Alto.** **Job Objective** Responsible for contributing to the interruption and redefinition of experiences of violence that children, girls, and adolescents have faced within their family environments, and for strengthening the connection between the child or adolescent and their family with support networks and intersectoral and community-based resources. **Main Responsibilities** * Responsible for collaborating in the diagnosis, design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of individual intervention plans for children, girls, and adolescents. * Responsible for coordinating intersectoral and community networks. * Responsible for coordinating intersectoral and socio-community networks. * Responsible for providing support to children, adolescents, and their families in cases of emotional and/or behavioral distress. **Job Requirements** * 3 years of related professional experience, or 2 years of experience in family intervention and territorial work, or 1 year of experience within the National Specialized Protection Service for Children and Adolescents network. * Knowledge and application of the rights-based approach for children and adolescents (Rights Violation). * Experience in individual and group psychosocial interventions with families. **Job Characteristics** * Workweek of 40 hours per week, scheduled from Monday to Friday * Gross Salary $1\.006\.400 **Benefits** * Affiliation with **Caja Los Andes** * **Paid time-off policies** * **Bonuses** for National Holidays and Christmas * **And much more!** We are committed to inclusion, therefore this opportunity complies with the Labor Inclusion Law N° 21\.015\.
