Sales Manager 18H Traiguén

Retail company at its branch located in Triaguén requires hiring a Sales Manager 18H, for Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. **General Objective:** Manage and administer the human and material resources assigned to their area, ensuring the achievement of commercial goals, delivery of quality customer service, and development of personnel under their supervision, contributing to the company's business and customer satisfaction. **Main Functions:** 1\) Analyze sales reports, supervising the achievement of sales targets and results of the team under their responsibility. 2\) Supervise compliance with company-defined policies, procedures, and commercial standards for product and service sales. 3\) Supervise and manage the availability of human and material resources in their area. 4\) Supervise and verify the correct implementation and display of products and commercial campaigns in the sales floor. 5\) Keep the team informed, motivating and coordinating them to achieve departmental goals and objectives. 6\) Implement price changes according to business needs. 7\) Keep the team informed and, through feedback, align and motivate them toward achieving departmental goals and objectives. 8\) Evaluate sales staff performance against individual targets. **Academic Background:** Pursuing studies in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related field. **Work Experience:** More than one (01\) year (desirable) **Experience in Position:** Experience in roles within commercial areas, people management, and team building.
