Over 27,000 people, mostly female technicians and professionals, work so that children can enjoy safe, well-being-focused educational spaces that promote learning through play. **Job Functions:** Integra, a non-profit institution that is part of the Network of Presidential Foundations and a leader in early childhood education in Chile, with over 24,000 employees nationwide, seeks: * Position: Director * Schedule: 08:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Kindergartens in Curacautín * Commune: Curacautín * Region: La Araucanía * Period: Replacement **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Lead the educational management of the institution under their responsibility, driving pedagogical and child well-being processes, promoting the professional development of the educational team, strengthening relationships with families and the community, and effectively managing corresponding processes and resources. All within the framework of the institution’s Institutional Educational Project (PEI), regulations, policies, and national and institutional guidelines, aiming to ensure quality early childhood education focused on full development, rights-based approach, and comprehensive well-being of children. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Guide and promote, within the educational community, the care and maintenance of physical spaces, equipment, and sanitary conditions of the institution, ensuring timely repair or replacement to create safe environments for the comprehensive well-being of all children and the educational community. * Promote, manage, and monitor, together with the educational team, children’s access, enrollment, attendance, retention, and educational trajectory at the institution, designing and implementing early and timely intervention strategies when necessary. * Lead and monitor the preparation of teaching and learning processes, creation of conducive environments for their implementation, and evaluation of learning strategies and experiences, managing the necessary conditions for optimal process development. * Promote and model, among the educational team, families, and the community, an institutional culture based on respectful treatment, inclusion, collaboration, and trust, recognizing each child as a rights-holder and ensuring adherence to the pedagogical principles of Early Childhood Education, in order to guarantee the physical and psychological integrity of the entire team under supervision, including themselves, with special emphasis on children. REQUIREMENTS **1\. Education:** Professional degree as Early Childhood Educator granted by a Normal School, University, or Professional Institute of Higher Education, recognized by the Ministry of Education. Desirable postgraduate degree or diploma in Educational Management, Human Resources Management, Administration, or related fields. **2\. Professional Experience:** Two (2) years of experience. **3\. Experience in similar position:** Desirable four (4) years of experience in a similar role related to Early Childhood Education, with special emphasis on roles involving leadership, coordination, pedagogical management, and learning follow-up. **4\. Knowledge:** Socioemotional Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Pedagogical Strategies, People and Team Management, Educational Management, Socioemotional Tools, Play in Early Stages, Educational Methods, Special Educational Needs, Educational Programs, First Aid. 5\.
