Main responsibilities: Plan and implement therapeutic intervention sessions with families. Address experiences of violence, mistreatment, and rights violations from a rights-based, gender, and community approach, working in coordination with the program team. Requirements: Professional degree in Psychology, experience working with children and youth. Desirable experience in protection or community intervention (not mandatory). Training or knowledge in: children's rights, parenting, violence, trauma, gender, networks, and intersectoral collaboration. Working conditions: Workload: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00\). Modality: In-person.
