At **MAMPRO**, a leading company in the industry, we are seeking a **Full Time Crossing Guard** for the Talca area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lower manual barriers on time when a train operated by **EFE Trenes Chile** passes through. * Protect level crossings without barriers to prevent accidents. * Signal the train operator to indicate that the crossing is secured. * Record and report anomalies at the assigned railway crossing. * Take care of tools, facilities, and work materials. * Provide assistance and cooperate in case of accidents. * Maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace. * Inform supervisors of malfunctions in automatic and manual barriers. ### **Requirements:** * **Desirable:** Experience in railway-related jobs (not mandatory). * Availability to undergo training in the **Railway Traffic Manual** and **Crossing Guard Manual**. * Physical and psychological aptitude for the role. * Willingness to obtain accreditation. * 6-week accreditation period to obtain credential issued by EFE. **(Documents in PDF\- Exams at Achs \- Courses 4 days\- In-person practices\- Final Theoretical Exam.)** ### **Assigned Crossings:** * Panguilemu ### **Working Conditions:** * **Full Time** schedule. * Rotating 4x2 shift system: * **Remuneration:** $600\.000 net monthly.
