We are seeking a professional for the position of Quality Manager in Linares. The role requires experience in the industrial sector, specifically in the manufacturing of fiberglass-reinforced polyester. Responsibilities will include the design, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems such as ISO 9001. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting internal audits, managing non-conformities, and ensuring quality control of both raw materials and finished products. Additionally, coordination with other departments and customers will be required to guarantee quality standards, along with providing training to staff on good quality and safety practices, and preparing reports and improvement proposals. Working hours will be from 6:00 to 14:00. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. This is a direct hire by the company. A degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or related field is required. Minimum 1 year of experience B2 level English proficiency required
