We are currently seeking our next **Risk Prevention Specialist** to join and support the **harvest season**, who will play a key role in coordinating and carrying out the work plans assigned by the department head regarding Occupational Safety, Hygiene, and Risk Control, aiming to contribute to accident risk prevention activities and legal compliance related to sanitary conditions. **What will be your main challenges?** * Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and correct unsafe conditions that could cause accidents or incidents, and review operational risks and safe work permits in each area. * Investigate accidents resulting in medical leaves and prepare reports, supporting cellar supervisors. Also monitor and report safety activities required from supervisors and managers. * Organize and deliver safety talks at the beginning of shifts to promote safe behaviors within the team, such as safe machinery handling or compliance with legal regulations. This includes training new workers on risks present in the winery and essential information they must know. * Act as liaison between the company and the mutual insurance organization (ACHS) to coordinate preventive activities and monitor accident rates. * Advise safety committees as required by law and follow up on non-conformities identified during internal and external audits. * Assist in the distribution of personal protective equipment, receiving requests from each area and managing purchases with the Risk Prevention Manager. * Supervise contractor and subcontractor companies working in the cellars and expansion projects, conducting daily visits to ensure compliance with safety standards. * Provide follow-up and support to the oenology team and supervisors in implementing preventive measures. **What do you need to join the team?** * Degree in Risk Prevention Technician or Engineering in Risk Prevention. * Knowledge of legal regulations, fire prevention, safety and occupational health management systems, industrial hygiene, and accident investigation techniques. * Availability to work in San Javier during the harvest season. **Where and how will you work?** * **Location:** San Javier Winery, San Javier Commune, Maule Region, Chile. * **Modality:** On-site * **Work Schedule:** Administrative hours (Article 22) **Desired Profile** ------------------ **What do you need to join the team?** * Degree in Risk Prevention Technician or Engineering in Risk Prevention. * Knowledge of legal regulations, fire prevention, safety and occupational health management systems, industrial hygiene, and accident investigation techniques. * Availability to work in San Javier during the harvest season.
