**Position:** Risk Prevention Specialist **Location:** Holding Grupo Firma **Reports to:** People Department Manager / General Management **Job Objective** ---------------------- Ensure occupational safety and health across the various business lines of Holding Grupo Firma, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations and promoting a culture of workplace risk prevention. **Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * **Risk Prevention Management:** * Develop, implement, and update internal safety and hygiene protocols for each business area within the holding. * Ensure compliance with current legal regulations regarding occupational risk prevention. * Identify and assess risks in different processes and work areas, proposing corrective and preventive measures. * **Training and Education:** * Design and update mandatory training courses on safety and risk prevention for each position. * Coordinate and deliver safety training programs for workers and supervisors. * Conduct safety inductions for new personnel and periodic refresher sessions for active staff. * **Delivery and Management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):** * Manage the purchase, distribution, and replacement of PPE according to the needs of each area. * Ensure proper use of PPE by workers. * Conduct periodic inspections on the condition and usage of PPE. * **Supervision and Auditing:** * Carry out regular facility inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations. * Maintain an updated record of incidents, accidents, and implemented corrective actions. * Coordinate internal and external audits related to risk prevention. * **Management of Supplies and Resources:** * Update safety supply inventories across all business lines. * Manage procurement of critical supplies for risk prevention. * Monitor the budget allocated to occupational safety and health. * **Coordination with External Entities:** * Manage relationships with regulatory agencies such as Mutual de Seguridad or IST. * Represent the company in matters related to occupational safety. * Implement emergency and evacuation plans in coordination with competent authorities. **Job Requirements** ------------------------ * **Education:** Technical degree or Engineering in Risk Prevention, Occupational Safety, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in similar roles, preferably in companies with multiple business lines. * **Specific knowledge:** Current legislation on risk prevention, occupational safety regulations, emergency protocols, and first aid procedures. * **Skills:** Teamwork, leadership, effective communication, analytical ability, and crisis management. **Job Conditions** ------------------------- * Work schedule: Full-time. * Workplace: Holding Grupo Firma offices, with visits to various business units. * Availability to travel within the country as required.
