**Company Description:** Our commitment is to deliver quality early childhood education to girls and boys throughout the country, and with your work, you can contribute so that our efforts bring increasing benefits We invite you to join Fundación Integra! **Job Functions:** Integra, a non-profit institution that is part of the Network of Foundations of the Presidency and a leader in early childhood education in Chile, with more than 25,000 female and male workers nationwide, is seeking: * Position: Preschool Assistant * Schedule: Full-time from 08:30 hrs. to 17:30 hrs. or Part-time from 16:00 to 20:00 hrs * All Communes * Region: Maule **JOB OBJECTIVE:** To support the pedagogical development process of the assigned level, working as a team with the Educator and in partnership with families and the community, within the framework of the Educational Quality Policy, to generate meaningful learning experiences and contribute to the comprehensive well-being of children. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collaborate with the classroom team in developing the evaluation process of learning outcomes for children in the assigned level, to provide feedback on planning and teaching practices, and report progress, challenges, and improvement proposals to families. * Engage in processes of reflection, analysis, and feedback on pedagogical practices carried out, to promote improved learning quality and strengthen the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of the team. * Assist in implementing and evaluating outreach, exchange, and mutual support activities with the educational community related to the assigned group, to encourage their participation in the development of the educational project and achievement of its objectives. * Promote compliance with institutional regulations regarding safety, nutrition, hygiene, sanitation, rights protection, and the overall well-being of children in the assigned group, and promptly report any detected alert situations or rights violations.
