





At **LL Consulting** we are looking for a **Contract Administrator** for an important client, **Andritz**, focused on the **pulp, paper and/or wood** industry, located in the **Maule Region**. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the proper execution and compliance with the conditions established in the maintenance contract, representing the company before the client and managing the necessary resources to achieve optimal operational performance. **Main responsibilities:** * Administer, organize and supervise the execution of the maintenance contract, ensuring compliance with the agreed stipulations. * Represent the company before the client in contractual and operational matters. * Supervise work teams, coordinating operational, planning and continuous improvement activities. * Apply maintenance engineering tools and performance analysis. * Develop operational procedures to ensure proper contract execution. * Manage necessary purchases in coordination with the respective department. * Report monthly relevant information to the HR department for the payroll process. * Actively participate in safety, occupational health and environmental activities. * Encourage networking with other contracts and promote organizational learning. **Ideal Profile:** * **Residence in the Maule Region** or **immediate availability to relocate**. * Degree in **Maintenance/Industrial Mechanical Engineering or Technician**. * **6 to 8 years of experience** in contract and maintenance management within industrial plants. * Desired knowledge in the **pulp, paper and/or wood** industry. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (including Project)**, **ERP**, **RCA**, legal regulations, and quality/safety standards. * Basic knowledge of accounting. **If you meet the requirements, apply now and take on a new professional challenge at a company recognized for its commitment to operational excellence.**
