Three (3) years of experience developing sanitary installation projects within completed hospital infrastructure or public-use buildings, of which at least one project must have a built area equal to or greater than 20,000 m². For this purpose, a public-use building is defined as one with an occupancy capacity exceeding 1,000 people. Please note that experience in residential building construction will not be accepted. Availability to cover the replacement period from February 2, 2026, to February 9, 2026.
