We stand out for our continuous innovation in logistical and technological solutions for the supply chain. We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our organization. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Management * Post job openings on job portals, social media, job boards, OMIL, and other sources as required by the position profile. * Screen and contact candidates matching the profiles requested by clients or supervisors. * Coordinate mass or individual interviews, either in-person or remotely. * Apply resume screening and competency-based interviews (according to the position level). * Participate in job fairs, recruitment operations, or field visits as required. Candidate Selection and Presentation * Submit shortlists or candidate lists (triads or rosters) of pre-selected candidates according to the position (operational, technical, administrative, etc.). * Support the administration of technical or psychometric assessments when applicable. * Ensure submission and verification of each applicant’s employment documentation. Operational Coordination * Coordinate with the Operations team to validate candidate profiles and onboarding schedules. * Align candidate availability with client-defined start dates. * Inform selected workers about service conditions, as well as place and date of reporting. Administrative Management * Maintain up-to-date records of applicants and recruitment processes in internal spreadsheets and platforms (e.g., BUK). * Support the generation of recruitment reports, coverage metrics, and response time analytics. * Ensure compliance with the company’s internal recruitment procedures. Requirements * Proactive individual motivated to propose innovative ideas within the area. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Relevant academic background. * Experience in recruitment and personnel selection. * Experience in mass recruitment.
